If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact ladymglamshop@gmail.com ASAP. After 15 days of the delivery date return request will not be reviewed. All merchandise considered for returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still in new condition. Lady M Glam Shop has the right to refuse any request for refund. However, we will consider your request and communicate our decision. If we accept your request for refund, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping cost and any transactions. Refund will be in the form of store credit ONLY.
